True story: I was a cop, and answered the phone, and a girl asked "I’m trying to find my boyfriend. Have you arrested “name”? (We hadn’t) I already called all the hospitals. Do you know what else I could try?"
I told her “Try getting a boyfriend you don’t have to call around to police stations for on a Saturday morning!”

It seems my attempt at humour yesterday was misconstrued by a couple of commentors yesterday. I was intentionally confusing the context of the word ‘flaming’ in the 2nd panel but it fell flat.
Obama inviting a Ku Klux Klan enthusiast to the White House should make for an interesting atmosphere. Also the first First Lady to have appeared in Playboy magazine. Can I wake up now???
