When my grandma was a child, they did the machine-gunning of the people at Wounded Knee. The U.S. government even boasted, that any nonwhites who so much as said, “Boo!” at the authorities would be killed along with everyone else around them by machine-guns.Needless to say, my grandma and her sisters were encouraged to marry white men to get away from being a “lesser race.”

Oh brother…(much eye rolling) Geez people, let it go. And yes, I am American Indian.
