Why am I having trouble sleeping?
Anxiety.
Why does my stomach always hurt?
Anxiety.
Why does my chest feel tight?
Anxiety.
What could it be??
It is anxiety.
Hair, hoodie strings, headphone cords and clothing are all subject to getting caught up in moving machinery like sanders, grinders, drills, lathes or anything that uses a rotary motor, electric or combustion powered.
Dangling possibilities should be secured, and proper eye wear and hearing protection worn at all times.
You don’t want some reactionary bit of slag having an impact on your ocular orbs or your hoodie string wound up, forcing you to face the grinding wheel.
A deep anxiety, a nameless dread, overtook me then and remained as my consistent state of mind for every waking moment throughout my stay, and even while I slept. Often, I would awaken after only a few minutes, shocked to awareness by something beyond knowing, adrenaline surging, causing me to carom recklessly about as though mad or possessed.

Stay clear of people trying to wind you up.
