Wouldn’t change the landscape all that much if they had a real playoff system.
It would be so simple: winners of all 11 conferences get in, as well as the 10 best “wild cards”. Wild cards play each other the first week, and then a 16-team tournament.
This BS voting on who gets to be in the playoffs at all is why I don’t bother following college football.
