Funnily enough, I know a teacher that plays GTA with their toddler. During play they don’t break the law, drive the speed limit, obey traffic, and stop when prompted. They use it to teach their kid colours, rules, and even identifying car models.
Though on the subject of the game, why is a gun shop even in there?
“How freakishly counter-intuitive” …. and that, folks, is WHY people like Andy are so freaked out about kids and violence in games and videos. It may only be “freakish” in a video game, but it’s hard to believe the training doesn’t have SOME carryover to the real world.
My husband & I had a role-playing game that was a lot like this. We had developed various dice-rolls for things like children, jobs, etc. It was very detailed and we played it for years.

He knows it’s a lame game, but he’d rather play it than read a book or study.
