It seems to me that ALL of the Mutt and Jeff strips have been strips which are fairly new for the past several weeks. From the style of the cars, I would guess this strip was from the late 50s or early 60s. It is kind of nice to suddenly begin seeing strips which are NOT recycled strips from last year!

In panel 6, Mutt reminds me of Guy Lafleur tearing down right wing in his hey day with that long hair straight back.

I would agree. I seems like these are all strips which we have not seen - at least for the past couple of years.

For some reason the Sunday strips seem to be newer (1950s and 60s) and the weekday strips from the forties and even thirties.
I would like to see more of the really old color Sunday ones
