People usually only really appreciate homemade items if they are better than store bought, and it is something they like. I bake homemade chocolate chip cookies which get raves from people who don’t normally get enthusiastic about cookies. However, as my health goes downhill, I have to limit the quantity I bake. Still, it is fun when repeat recipients find out they’re getting some, and to hear the stories of what they do to protect their stash from others.

the fact that anyone has a stash of said cookies is a good sign…lol!! and that’s from the head cookie stasher…

I’m a woodturner…pens, peppermills, bottle stoppers, letter openers, screwdrivers, etc. I’ve been turning for months!
