And “with no disrespect” just before an insult…
No offense, but I find this cartoon is offensive.

It’s the polite weay to offend
Don’t take this the wrong way, BUT…
Basically, people make these disclaimers because they’re cowards trying to avoid responsibility for the nasty thing they’re about to say.
I always hear ‘no offense’ after the insult.
Or my least favorite, “Just Sayin’”.
