This is why I comment rudely about Rita. I also bang my head against the wall because bosses like her exist for real. The thing is I also realize some of them (like Rita) are not aware of that they are not good at their job and someone below them is covering for them. Rita means well I do believe. If I was in the comic I would be a hybred of Mostily Jay and a bit of Roy with more geek interests in anime and manga on a bicycle.
And this is why a lot of women are paid less. The proper thing now is to tell Rita, if I don’t get a good raise I’m gone. When you have a good advantage take it.
Rita is saying what is practiced these days in the USA. The worker, the pillars of the business get short shrift since 1970. And with so many skilled people out of work in their fields they are easily replaceable.
