I was going to come to the meeting,

and bring my chrome waffle maker…

so I made waffles instead.

Transistor radios are portable….

That looks like a late 1940’s tabletop radio with tubes…..

The stand alone lamp in the back isn’t plugged in. Something is wrong.

If you will notice the tall standing lamp has a cord but it is not connected anywhere….

Just sayin’, ya know…..

Good thing they went for coffee. The last time they went to the Tiki for adult beverages they got overloaded.

Jules “Sparky” Watts is a real dynamo at these gatherings. He’s always on current events. He really gets a jolt out of electrifying his friends with his magnetic personality and voltaic conversations.

They occasionally trickle into the Tiki to conduct business and listen to AC/DC on the juke box,

Sparky rarely gets juiced, but always insists on picking up the charges.

Inappropriate use of extension cords.

Someones back yard is going to get burned down.

I think the floor lamp is plugged into the same cord as the toaster, or there’s another extension hidden under the big table.

The meeting was delayed for some time while they tried to figure out why nothing was working. It turned out one of the bulbs in the Christmas lights had to be replaced.

HEY I’ve got an anglefood cake in the oven and the power went off!

Somebody is gonna pay for this!
