The only one that matters to You-Know-Who is Amendment 2, except he feels it only applies to Anglo-Saxon Protestant fundamentalist white American nativist male supremacists.
Suspect the first two posters do not realize that the current resident of 2000 PA Ave pardoned 49 gun law violators yesterday. The Kool Aid sippers don’t really care about laws, it is all about personalities for them.
While I am likely to agree with Ji2m on asset forfeitures, I am more troubled that the leftists abolished the 7th Amendment through court diktat. Reviving its plain meaning would do more to rein in the regulatory state than anything else Congress could do.
I’m not saying I agree with much of what our government officials do, but people who think that changing the Constitution is some sort of crime do not understand what an AMENDMENT is or how it works. The whole point is that it can be changed. Then changed back (see prohibition). The question of whether something SHOULD be changed is different than whether it CAN be.
The fourth amendment is practically dead. No knock raids are the norm, and when nothing is found the whole thing is “forgotten”. At least I have never heard of any wrists being slapped.

Minor nitpick, but #18 was prohibition, and #21 just repealed #18, so there’s really only 24 left.
