Gaturro – Gordo is saying how much he loves his new couch, although I couldn’t catch every word. Then Gaturro comes up and says something like “The Couchalator!” referring to “The Terminator!”
Just about everything else this morning – I enjoyed them, but really have no comments to make.
GATOURRO: I’m going to go with JanC’s definition (yesterday) that the “sillon largo,” or “long armchair” is a sofa. And “silloneitor” is a play on words: Cats have claws and Gordo sees that Gaturro could be a SOFA TERMINATOR! NOOOOO!
MARY WORTH: Speaking of Bogie (Humphrey Bogart) and his films…I guess Key Largo means Long Key. As to today’s strip, Zak makes a ridiculous comment…as if you could just wash off a tattoo if you “tried it” and changed your mind.
MARK TRAIL: Is the bear about to be the victim of a snatch & grab? I am really enjoying this OL’ REX story.
Mary Worth Largo is large, not long so Key Largo is Big Key or Large Key. As for the question mark after her last “no”, I’ve done that. When someone makes a stupid suggestion, I’ll say it like that. It’s more of a “how dumb are you” question.

GATURRO: I didn’t see david’s comment before I posted…but we both came up with the same wordplay (couch terminator / sofa terminator). lol

Mary Worth – Is that an exclamation point or a question mark after the last NO? She’s sending a mixed message.
Judge Parker – Who’s calling? Honey or her mother? The police? The kidnappers, ready to reveal their game?
Crankshaft – This is pre-cell-phone so school and parents must be worried
