He supposed it to be a natural thing, this dumbing of the population. Innerspace frequencies had gone silent even before the Total Diaspora reached Cheerios Land. Human progress and civilization had come to some end and possibly by its own hand. Chronians were, to the best of their understanding, isolated survivors, stranded on these foreign shores.
