TV: My fellow Americans. As you know, I have, during my term as president, gone on missions of peace to both Russia and China. Now, in the greatest move towards world peace ever initiated by an American president, I shall once again embark on a perilous missin. I go in the hope we can rebuild peaceful relations between the people of the United States and a people too long unrecognized by this great nation. I leave tomorrow for Watts.
