I always read Frazz in my local newspaper on Sundays because it appears there with an extra panel that doesn’t show up here. Why is that panel, which tends to introduce or enhance the Sunday strip, not included in GoComics?

Frazz is one of the few comics where the characters have four fingers and a thumb on each hand. This one made it more obvious than usual.
