Why? To put the driver to sleep? I blare classical music in my truck all the time, but I like to remain conscious behind the wheel. Chopin’s Prelude in E minor, Opus 28, No. 4 is a musical sedative.
I do that if I’m at a red light next to some inconsiderate jerk blasting his “music” at ear-splitting levels. Crank up classical satellite radio or my iPod. Nothing like Ride of the Valkyries, or Bohemian Dance by Bizet to get a reaction.

1970’s flashback: That pop-disco song “A Fifth of Beethoven” being blasted inside a Corvette was pretty cool.

You want to watch out for the drivers with a surfboard tied to their roof and blasting the beginning of act 3 of Die Walküre on a loop.
