Lacey: We're sorry to drop in unannounced like this, but my husband Dick here so wanted to see my new office! Dick: I need to get measurements, you see. I'm going to be helping out with the redecorations! Lacey: I must say, though, it looks quite nice the way it is! You have some very elegant furnishings, Mr. Ventura! Dick: It won't take but a minute! I'm a regular wiz with the ol' tape measure! Man: Um... look, folks, could this wait until... Lacey: Oh, my, what a handsome silver cigar box! Oh, and look - it's inscribed! "In gratitude from the Republic of Korea!" Dick: Hold this end, will you, Phil? Man: Mrs. Davenport, if you don't mind... Lacey: What exquisite craftsmanship!
