Henry Kissinger: And get Mr. Carter's results? Young man, I was not in the business of rhetoric! A lasting structure of peace was my only concern! And with constant Congressional interference, you think that was easy? You try shaping a new international order! Barney: Um... well... Man: No! Don't do it, Barney! We need you here at home!
