Voice from television:... and the last month, the price of heating fuel in the North-East hit a record high! Man: Hee, hee! Woman: Jim! I... I thought you left for the office.... Man: No... no... I decoded to stay home again... Woman: Decided to stay home? Jim, presidents of large oil companies don't just... Man: Yes, they do. They do if they want to! I mean, what's to go in for? To read the latest government regulations? To choke on the latest tax supercharges? Woman: But, Jim! America needs its energy leaders! We're in the middle of a crisis! What about oil exploration? That's your speciality! Man: Ahh, who cares, y'know? I mean, there's no incentives any more! Carter's taking away all our incentives! Without incentives, I don't even feel like looking for my socks, much less America's oil reserves! Woman: Jim, somebody has to do it! Man: Listless... we all just feel sort of listless, y'know?
