Mark: ... and the James Taylor concert will start promptly at eight at Woolsey Hall... only those with a mellow lifestyle will be admitted. From time to time on this program, we're fortunate to have as our guest Dr. Dan Asher, author of the best-selling handbook, "Mellow: How To Get It." He's with us today with a mellow update! Dan? Man: Thank you, Mark. Several weeks ago, I suggested to your listeners that they might free up some cash to invest in their new mellow lifestyles if they just cut back on their charitable gifts. Since then, every United Way and Boys Club chapter in the country has done a number on me. Well, to all of you who wrote, I say, "Hey! I hear you, I hear you!" I mean, I can get behind philanthropy as much as anyone! No problem there. But dig this: unless you feel good about yourself as a person, you can't begin to help others! Anyway, that's where I was coming from, people, that's the space I was in. Remember: for those who really care about their mellow, the first person singular is where it's at! Mark: Uh... the management of WBBY recognizes... Man: So to all you poor people, I say, "Hey! Get off my case!"
