Woman: So delighted you could drop by, excellency! Phred: Well, I was on my way upstairs and I heard the noise... Woman: You mean, you weren't invited? Phred: I''m sure it was just an oversight. So, Thung, when are you people going to join the civilized world? Man: If Vietnam is considered part of the civilized world, Mr. Ambassador, then Cambodia wants nothing to do with it! Phred: There you go, overreacting again... Man: We won't apologize for our radicalism, excellency. Serious problems require serious solutions. Phred: I know, but... Man: Besides, look what we've accomplished! By emptying the cities, we've rid the country of urban decay! By instituting the 16 hour work day, we've checked indolence... and now we're beginning to control overpopulation with a bold new program of spouse separation! Phred: Spouse separation? Man: That's right. Phred: How come? Wasn't the genocide working out? Man: Those darn refugees! Is that what they've been telling you?
