COSTUMED CRIMEFIGHTERS ACADEMY – Online (for the duration of the emergency) Review Lesson #25: Plans B, C, D, etc. Sadly, even our profession is not immune to what has become known as “Murphy’s Law.” Things go wrong, despite the best planning, making backup plans necessary. Obviously, our applicant has not done so, or he would not be reacting to sunrise ala Bela Lugosi. Granted, his “old-school” professional attire would easily stand out in daylight like a “painted lady” Victorian home in a neighborhood of identical brownstones. But as we see above, the authorities have not yet arrived, making it still possible to recover what will be a valuable piece of evidence linking him to the scene. This is why many of our graduates opt for developing a secret identity, one that can be easily slipped into for just such a contingency. Or, in plain English, Why don’t you just change into regular clothing, dude? (Besides, you’ve been wearing your professional attire for days now – it could probably stand a good washing.)
