COSTUMED CRIMEFIGHTERS ACADEMY – Online (for the duration of the emergency) Review Lesson #49: The Crucible. At first glance, it may seem that our Class of ‘24 alumnus is living a “Twilight Zone” version of Arlo Guthrie’s City of New Orleans. However, if you caught the long shot from our satellite feed, it looks like the train is entering southwestern desert territory. Every so often, one of our graduates faces a particular ordeal, be it physical, emotional or career. In the kid’s case (depending on where the train finally stops), this could definately be physical – she has no food or water, she is still dealing with the effects of a concussion from the motorcycle crash and although her memory has returned, she has no resources to do much of anything. This could be a situattion where we get to see the strengths that have kept her going for nearly 100 years… or, the train could make that left toin at Albuquerque, she could hop off and call home. We will continue to watch.
