COSTUMED CRIMEFIGHTERS ACADEMY – Online (for the duration of the emergency) Review Lesson #51: The Ordeal (cont.) O.K., our turn. Amazing what a little threat can do, isn’t it? Our Class of ‘24 alumnus just a few minutes ago was on the verge of giving out, and now’s she’s in full “fight or flight” mode. But, again, this is what The Ordeal does for a budding superhero – it can make them tap into reserves they didn’t know they had. As for what looks like the two flunkies in the chopper, it wouldn’t surprise us to see her easily deal with them with “just a few amps from the Wrath of God” (as Tom Wolfe so aptly observed) the moment they decide to set down. BTW, yes it is odd to see both our academy and our rival school monitoring the same case. C’est la vie…
