If he had just gone to the Broadcast Boys and asked for permission to search their vast land for his mother’s skill, I expect that they would have accommodated him…

SAM’S SCHOOL FOR SUPERVILLAINS – Bayonne, Marsailles, Whitechapel We have been brought back at (strangely enough) the request of our rival school. Personally, we want nothing to do with this whackjob, but the CCA apparently thinks only we can explain this sentimental – if creepy – turn of events. Obsessions with Mother are not uncommon in our line of work (refer to N. Bates, Class of ‘59 and F. Dolarhyde, Class of ’81), but Mr. Vail appears to be taking things to extremes. It has been suggested that if he had openly approached the owners of the ranch asking permission to search for his mother’s remains that they would have agreed to this, albeit reluctantly. However, Mr. Vail would likely have brought in teams of archeologists and large-scale earth moving equipment in his search, destroying the ranch in the process. We don’t know what the singing cowboys will make of this and, frankly, we don’t care. We intend to make one last stop at the local taqueria for more of those excellent red and green chile enchiladas, then beat it outta here. If you wish to stick around to see how this ends, knock yourself out…

This is actually pretty sad. I suspect there were (are?) a number of damaged offspring of Hollywood personas caught up in drugs and other bizarre escapades.
