Voice: Good morning. The Mahaska County caucus will vote today in a test of strength between the undeclared candidacies of Jimmy Carter and Edward Kennedy... the delegates elected today will represent their county at a state fair where a straw poll will be taken to elect honorary delegates to the Iowa State caucus. Only 160 people are expected to vote today. The vote is non-binding, statistically meaningless, and has absolutely no bearing on next year's presidential election. For more on the story, let's go now to Des Moines.
