That's what it's going to take to turn this country around - character! Toughness! Neat stuff like that! We've got to make people proud of this country again! We've got to do better! We've got to restore the stars in the eyes of third-graders! Boy: Great. How? Bush: Well, to begin with, you don't skimp on helicopters.
