I wish this was an exaggeration. I work for a Marketplace plan and I have people who are shocked when they suddenly realize that Marketplace, ACA and Obamacare are the same thing.

(Sigh) all those poor coal miners who voted for His Orangeness are going to be in for a rude awakening when they find that black-lung will once again be a pre existing condition. And this ain’t schadenfreude speaking – I am horrified at the projection of 43000 extra deaths yearly if the ACA is repealed without adequate replacement.
