Actually, I think this fellow will be funny for a few days. Jim does a good job with him in general. But, I still look forward to the actual “Shark Bait” interactions as well.
.
What I think would be really interesting to see is to have this mustachioed fellow have to interact with Joel (and Rufus). I think Joel would give him a good run for his money. THAT would be especially fun to me.
You’d think that the municipality of GA would have run this guy out of town by now, or that he would at least be unemployable, but its a sad fact of life that some unpleasant people always seem to attain a position of influence.
FINALLY figured out what “Shark Bait” is suppose to be. (I do NOT watch any “reality” shows.) The problem was: There ARE several references to shows/movies called “Shark Bait” in the IMDb. I think I just happened to have seen mentioned somewhere recently something about “Shark TANK”, looked it up, an voila, THAT’s it. Of course, having never seen the show I still don’t completely get it, except I’m ASSUMING they are going to ridicule Walt.
Maybe if it was called “Jail Bait” but no, still wrong connotation. Are there clones of this guy? IN the Pokémon franchise two characters kept appearing all over the place—“Officer Jenny” and “Nurse Joy” almost as a reoccurring joke.
Eminently appropriate since Frank Nelson bedeviled Jack Benny and Skeezix celebrates his birthday on February 14…Jack Benny’s birthday. (Jack Benny born February 14, 1894 in Chicago Illinois. He was 27 when Skeezix first appeared.)

How about the race track tout?: “Hey, bud.” “Who, me?” “C’mere.” There are so many great radio second bananas from yesteryear.
