And why is there a penalty for ‘icing’? I always thought that icing was supposed to be good!

The “reward” is you get to stay in the game. If that’s not enough for you, the reward will be handed out on payday, notice all them zeroes.

Reward box is you get to go back to your team bench after your shift.
