While in the service, USAF, I had a 1 year tour of duty on Frobisher Bay, Baffin Island, in the NW Territory of Canada. After this many years I find out where the island got its name, Martin Frobisher. Interesting!

Cheval obviously didn’t have to deal with today’s “small town” building permits and the fees. Or with HOA groups. I bet he didn’t do an EPA impact study, either.
