Russia at 145 million people grosses in a year the same amount of money as the state of New York that has 20 million people;/ President Putin of Russia is the richest man in the world at 200 million dollars:( Plus he has several palace-estates:( Plus he carries around a briefcase with nuclear launch codes:( The second most powerful in the world:( Possibly the most powerful if he has doomsday weapons:( Doomsday weapons?
