An analog clock is timeless and sometimes amusing. I have had naps happen when the grandkids were visiting. So I asked one, since my eyeglasses were somewhere, [ a 10 year old ] what time it was and he said; “I don’t know, you don’t have a digital clock!”
Ever since my survival of a nearly dying in 2006, I have always felt weaker than I had. So in the early afternoon I usually take a nap. Sometimes it lasts till darkness. So I have been there.

I bet it’s PM.

Not sure, so I guess I’ll just have to go back to sleep. If it’s AM, it will get light and wake me up. If it’s PM, then I guess I needed the sleep.

Most of us don’t spend the night in a chair, so that’s a pretty good clue. Also, as Olddog1 said, most of our clocks are set at 24 hour time.

Funny,,,the hands on that mantle clock look more like they are saying 5:00, not 6:00 as the “ding-dings” say.
