Nelson is very level headed.

Even at parties Nelson insists on a balanced meal.

Nelson was always adept at balancing things on his head. In high school it was the head cheerleader. Oh that’s right, there was that one time……we’ll Marilyn Higgenpooder looks better with the flat spot hidden by all that hair anyway.

Now let’s see you nod your head and drop just one hors d’ourvre on your napkin at a time. You practiced this at home enough times, it should be easy enough for you now if you don’t get nervous. Just don’t stutter like you did at the Higglepooders.

It’s Nelson’s only party trick but it gives him a head start in conversations.

Nelson, you could be serving the hors d’ourvre with that balance. If you were shorter.

Nelson maintains a delicate balance between his own planet and reality.

When he had more hair, he wore a flat top.

He was very picky about it, too…. at my salon, he’d make me check it with a level.

Now that he’s bald on top, he’s lost whatever advantage that provided….

though, just between us, I doubt it helped anyway.

I hate to mention it…. but I do sometimes wonder whether there isn’t a tiny bit of museum putty involved in his talent.
