TV announcer: We'll return witht he day's gold closings after this business report commentary. for the past year, wall street has been agonizing over the endless stream of disclosures about insider trading. What has become clear is that the actions of many of those implicated were based ona anew consensus as to what constituted moral behavior. Since everyone seemed to be cutting corners, the only real disgrace lay in getting caught! What will it take? What will it take to restore a sense of shame to a shameless culture? Warden: Lock-down, greenheads! Man: Hold your horses. They haven't shown the dow yet.
