I will eat pancakes, french toast, eggs and hash browns any time of the day

My wife is a cereal killer, sometimes a couple of boxes a week

Breakfast for dinner (or lunch) is common here

We have adopted “Calvin & Hobbes” term, chocolate-frosted sugar bombs. We even use it during pre-school time at church. Imagine a group of almost 2 year olds pounding the table calling for “sugar bombs!”

Sugar is a quick high and just as quick a downer. Parents who send their children to school on a high must have a grudge against the teacher.

I think they are referring to a traditional English breakfast…eggs, toast, gruel, meat, a slice of tomato, and lots of bacon grease,

Depends on whether the breakfast included made from scratch biscuits. Though, honestly, Aunt Bea’s frozen biscuits are better than most people (myself included) can make.
