Score one for the wacko airhead artist with no concept of reality. That is, she’s obviously not the stereotype we sometimes see her as. Doonesbury is 2 strips in 1: GT combines a subtle and deep understanding of individuals that has developed over the decades, with a one-note and superficial understanding of politics that has changed not one whit since the 60s.

That’s why he can be wonderful and aggravating, sometimes in the same strip.

She should have been a lawyer

We should be so lucky as to have more cartoonists as capable of political and social analysis as Trudeau.

1. It’s important to have a woman who helps at home, cooks from time to time, cleans up, and has a job.

2. It’s important to have a woman who can make you laff.

3. It’s important to have a woman whom you can trust and doesn’t lie to you.

4. It’s important to have a woman who is good in bed and likes to be with you.

5. It’s very, very important that these 4 women do not know each other.

She gets attentive when she can possibly lose him to an affair, but neglects him otherwise. I’m not condoning his behavior as there is no excuse for it, but I have to wonder if he’d have strayed if she had cared more in the first place.

Some people are getting ahead of themselves. Also, I have always had the feeling some people really don’t know what a crazy experience it can be during early pregnancy. Dizziness, fatigue, nausea and you don’t look any different so people don’t know. Have a little empathy for the cartoon newly pregnant person.

That kid is going to have a mean caffeine habit.
