I just tried to right click and save image as so I could show today’s Arlo & Janis to a relative later on only to find that you have apparently deliberately made your site so that is disabled. The problem I have with that is that it does not work to prevent people who are not dishonest (unlike me) from posting a comic elsewhere, any fool can just just take a screenshot and post that. So I have to ask, what is the real reason for blocking users from saving the comics on your site to their hard drives?
@CLOUDCHASER I agree wholeheartedly! I have a personal archive of my favorite A&J’s. Now I have to copy & paste then type a file name with the date. You haven’t stopped anything; just made it more aggravating. One of these days I’ll get miffed enough to find another comics site that allows it.
I also was able to click and save. BUT – I couldn’t do it when I was here; I had to go back to the “home page”. When I put the cursor over the comic when I am here, I get the circle with a line instead of an arrow.
All above posts are why I have a dog, 2 in fact. No persnickity eating, puke/hairballs, no scratched upholstery. . . I do have to scoopa da poopa but that’s outside and I have a special poop grabber and put stuff in a in-ground composter.

And now, to bring the discussion back on topic: who designed this site, a bunch of cats?

What I gather from this is petting someone else’s cat can lower your blood pressure better than owning one to pet

People read it wrong. It just says petting a cat lowers blood pressure. The cat’s.

Pets extend your life when they’re not trying to shorten it.

That’s why you have a scratching post covered in cat nip and water sprays for any who get’s out of line.

At least when I right-click using Internet Explorer, I get a Save picture as…

@MGRADLEYC Particularly an older sedate cat would not mind being home alone. I’ve had that situation.
