Brian: Okay, everybody before we read through the next few scenes, let me give you a quick synopsis. The raid has taken a serious toll on Bush's squad. Two avengers are riddled by flak, wounding the tailgunner in one of them. When the boys get back to the carrier, they're tired and emotionally spent. They head for the officers' mess, where they lose themselves in a night of serious drink! George Bush: Do I go? Brian: No, you return to quarters and write thank-you notes to your crew.
