Sounds like my old days as a mortgage loan officer. They changed so fast you couldn’t keep up with them, or their loan programs. Glad I’m out of that rat race an retired now.
It does not matter, my mortgage has been sold to Fannie Mae. My bank just collects payments.
Could be a reference to Blackstone…
Or HSBC/Beneficial or Rushmore or……
