The father really has a point. Behaviour like that in kindergarten these days will get you expelled or charged with sexual abuse even if you’re only a child.
I agree with Papa Duck too. If someone tells you no and you don’t stop, be prepared for the consequences. Kid got lucky only getting a kick to the head. If it was my sister, a blunt object would be involved.
