No fair! They cut off Malcolm’s Magnificent Maroon Moccasins with the Meandering Minty Mothballs! (although they are mildly moldy…)

If you’ve never noticed, because many of the men of Ballard have reached a " certain age ", the fashion is to wear their pants belted above the navel, circumnavigating the belly and the pant leg to end before the ankle.

Aside from haute couture, the men of Ballard are nothing if not practical ( No…really…They are practical !…kinda..sorta…maybe…). Pants worn high are held up by ample girth and above the ankle helps to keep them from joining the Kiss The Pavement Club – which some of our contributors are charter members in good standing ….er…are active members .

That pair on the left remind me a lot of Scooter!
