B.D.: I dunno. Maybe I ought to look for someone else...someone I don't have to spend money on. ...And if you can believe it, I still have to take her on "dates"! Meanwhile, I'm living in the crummy little walk-up in West Hollywood. I've got no job, and I'm living off sales from my baseball card collection! Ray: At least you got income, man. When my ol' lady split, she cleaned out our savings. My mom's been carrying me for months. Meanwhile, I can't even find a service job. I spend all day looking at want ads, and all night staring at the tube. It's not way to live, man. B.D.: I miss the war. Ray: Me too, man. Life made sense.
