I had a roommate who did this. Once we caught on he was evicted and his deposit went to breakages.
Reminds me of an old Andy Capp strip, where the moral(?) was “you don’t have to lift a finger if you can prove you’re all thumbs.” Of course, in real life that just doesn’t work.
Very, very rude of Zeke. I would hate to have a family member act like that.
