Why, it's a white paper on Haiti! And it, too, is brilliant! Mike: I hope it'll prove useful to you, sir! Well, I'm off! Waffle/Clinton: What? Where are you going, Mike? Mike: To Sarajevo, Mr. President! To supervise the war crime trials! (The next day) Officer: Congratulations, sir! They all pled guilty! Mike: Excellent! Well, off to Rwanda! Mike's summertime fantasy has him saving the world.
