At least some government agency has not condemned their swing as a dangerous hazard and put a million restrictions on it. Then if some kid falls off and bumps their head, their parents sue someone. If I fell off a swing and bumped my head, my mother said “If there is no blood or broken bones, don’t come to me whining, it was probably your own damn fault. Get lost.” If we REALLY got hurt, then she was Florence Nightingale.

Only time I had a close call was when a neighbor boy & I had a BB gun fight and one of the lenses in my glasses got shut out.
