    I find the requiem from Kaze No Tani No Nausicaa to very good at that for me. Especially if I have a dog or cat or two or three with me.

    I started listening to a classical radio station when i was taking care of mom.

    I’m still listening to that same station. It preserved my sanity then and still helps now.
