There have consistently been at least 570 clowns in DC since 1990.
None of them funnier that Sen. Balfry but all of them are similar ! ! ! !
TXGAL, you are so correct. Makes one wish TX would use its option for secession. Only problem is, TX has more than its share of homegrown clowns.
