I’m the only one at the Thanksgiving table who won’t eat it. I had to finally take some and try it once, to put an end to the “How do you know you don’t like it if…” questions.
As with all vegetables (and any other food, for that matter): it’s how you prepare it. Kale is really good, if you know how to cook that vegetable properly.
