No business should be allowed take property my eminent domain. Seizing property should only be done by the government for government projects such as schools or highways. Allowing business’s to do it is called stealing and almost always requires bribery of government officials.

Very technically speaking, business don’t. The local government does it under the guise of economic development (and often at the request of a business).
